Re: After three games, how would you honestly forecast our season?

I think that the board will believe that as poor as we have been so far, Bilic will get us through the season keeping us in the league. That and their stubbornness in not firing someone and having to pay up their contract will see him here until his contract is up. They'll then not renew it just like they did with Allardyce.
We'll go out and beat Huddersfield, get a point a West Brom then beat Bolton and that will be enough to convince them we'll be safe and that Bilic is doing a decent job. Repeat and repeat until we finish 14th and Mancini shows an interest in the job.

If there are no additions to the squad after tonight, I fear we are in for a dreadful season. I don't know why Sullivan appears to have pulled the plug on any more spending until January. The only reason I can think is a decision has already been made to get rid of Bilic sometime in September. He hasn't gone yet because either no replacement is yet in view,or negotiations with Bilic's successor are proving difficult or protracted. Whoever arrives will have to steady the ship with a very defensive formation. We will be in the lower half of the table until at least December, and the rest of the season's results will depend on the the quality of recruits in January. Hopefully we can finish 12th to 15th at best. Could be worse though!

Benitez must be thanking his lucky stars he didn't come anywhere near us. 3 losses, one to his own team and a transfer window that was thinly veiled as being the best in the league but is in actual fact a load of crap

other than 45 good minutes from Hernandez there's not a lot to shout about I think we will stay up but its going to be very similar to last year if not worse
we've shipped 10 goals in 3, 6 of those against shit teams , we're getting worse under Bilic despite several better additions to the squad

Apart from the odd game i.e. Spurs the only games we won last year were where the other team were so poor that our disorganised team but with better players got us over the line. I think teams that we were hoping we were better than ie Newcastle Huddersfield etc are better than the poor teams last year and teams like West Brom and stoke have strengthened so I think we are in trouble

Think a new manager will come in before december, be backed in January and see us recover to 10th or 11th
Chicarito will get 15 goals
Antonios form second half of season will see him gatecrash WC squad
Hart is clinging on to 3rd goalkeeping spot

I have rarely been so pessimistic about my once great club. Even if we survive, we're a fucking mess on so many levels. Don't even foresee a "rollercoaster", just a meandering skid into a ditch.
16th.

Rock bottom, a long way adrift from the club 2nd from bottom
Most of the players wanting to leave. Lanzini sold in the Christmas window for less than his true worth
I have never been so depressed about anything West Ham in the last 50 years, as I am now
We will only be free when these lying bastards sell the club to decent owners, but that's never going to happen while they're taking in the interest in the money they've loaned the club
I always wondered why they were despised so much by Birmingham fans, & now I know why

Really hard to look at it with a clear head after three defeats. Markets have us 4/1 for the drop, which is lower odds than at any point last season!!!
One problem is how impressive many mid-table sides and potential relegation candidates have looked. Brighton look doomed, but other than that it's hard to find obvious strugglers. We look as likely as anyone else!

Similar to last season, scraping a few wins but getting pummelled the rest of the time and just hoping a few teams are doing worse than us
And shit embarrassing performances especially when on tv

I think Bilic has been found out and if stays for the whole season we'll go down, If we lose at home Huddersfield, good form or not, he should go

I don't know what's more depressing, watching a Bilic team or watching a BFS team.
Fuck me. What a shambles.

Top 12 as the squad is actually pretty decent but Bilic has to go, the team need familiarity and strong yet confident leadership sadly Bilic right now and to some extent for over a season and a half almost has not supplied these traits.

I was optimistic and in full support of both the owners and Bilic, maybe only 3 games in but that support is waning and I would be lying if I said I wasn’t worried by what I have seen, and then heard from the likes of Snodgrass etc.
Need to get our house in order both on and off the pitch as the 2 will go hand in hand to a certain degree, if we do, then top 10 finish is still on the cards, if we don’t, well I don’t want to contemplate that one……….

I said before a ball was kicked (although not sure we can do that properly anymore) that Bilic would get thrown out with the xmas decorations, it now looks like Bilic may get thrown out with the old school uniform.

Before first match of the season I predicted we'd get beat 4 or 5 nil at Man Utd and Bilic would be gone after 8 games or sooner. I stick with that.
We end up 15th. Lanzini leaves at end of season.

Well I predicted three league defeats and we got three league defeats. I don't think we will go down, but it's not going to be a pleasant season.

Bottom third of the table all the way through, flirting with relegation watching our disjointed team outplayed and outfought by teams consisting of inferior players who are greater than the sum of their parts, in stark contrast to us.
There will be stories of discontent all season long and at some point Bilic will be sacked.
